We are seeking part-time Medical Technicians to be integral parts of our healthcare team, assisting in the delivery of medical care to our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to nursing staff in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive personalized and high-quality care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow established protocols.
- Ensure all resident medication orders are current and correct including dosage, change in dosage, and temporarily or permanently discontinued.
- Ensures that all centrally stored medication is inaccessible to residents or staff who are not authorized to handle medication.
- Observe residents for any reactions and/or side effects of medication and report to the resident physician.
- Documents any changes in the resident’s health condition or mental status.
- Assist residents with activities of daily need including but not limited to bathing dressing, grooming, dental care, and incontinence care as needed Documents daily care.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Technician or relevant certification.
- Previous experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move patients if required.
